"The Mont-Ventoux Regional Nature Park has been committed since its creation and the signing of its 2020-2035 Charter, to the implementation of a territorial food project for quality food accessible to all and respectful of the environment [...]. One of the first actions of the territorial food project is the publication of this guide to the producers selling directly from the Mont-Ventoux Regional Nature Park, because knowledge of the local agricultural fabric is an essential step in bringing consumers, inhabitants and visitors, closer to the local producers who are the basis of our food."
