Its name indicates its challenge: not to be robbed of its grapes by the wild pigs, it is necessary to take care of the grain! Served in magnum, the wine is distinguished by its velvety and full body, a dreamy texture. 60% Syrah, then black Grenache weave a dark and deep dress with an earthy nose: heather earth, undergrowth, lots of black fruits, then a bloody mouth, underlined by sweet spices, wild mint, very sapid, we have the impression of having salt splinters, the taste buds go crazy! Complex palette made of chocolate, cherry, stone, peony, violet touches, it is really very interesting.
